TREY & KALANDRA WILLIAMS

TTrey and Kalandra Williams are the founders of Powerful Parent Leadership™, speakers, educators, and family culture strategists dedicated to helping parents build emotionally healthy, spiritually thriving, Christ-centered homes.

Together, they bring decades of combined experience in psychology, leadership development, education, organizational training, and family coaching. Kalandra holds a M.S. in Counseling Psychology, has completed doctoral coursework and serves as a Psychology Professor. Trey brings nearly 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience and is certified in DISC Behavioral Analysis, Driving Forces, and Emotional Intelligence, equipping leaders and families with practical tools to strengthen communication, relationships, and team dynamics.

As the parents of two young adults, Trey and Kalandra understand firsthand the joys and challenges of raising a family in today's world. Their unique approach combines timeless biblical truth with research-informed principles to help parents move beyond surviving to confidently leading their homes with wisdom, unity, and purpose.

Through Powerful Parent Leadership™, they have made it their mission to equip families to break unhealthy cycles, strengthen relationships, and cultivate a legacy of faith that impacts generations to come.
